I was born and raised in Council Bluffs and am the mother of 5 wonderful boys.

I am the physical therapy and StemWave tech here at Flex Physical Therapy. I assist the clinicians in taking care of our patients. This can range from grabbing a tool needed for exercises to running our Stemwave machine on patients. You can also find me at the front desk assisting in all the daily tasks needed for smooth patient care.

I enjoy spending time with my kids and family. I like baking and being outdoors with my family while camping and fishing.
