I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska! I lived there for 30 years until recently moving to Honey Creek, Iowa. I graduated from Clarkson College as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012. I’ve always loved outpatient orthopedics and have spent the entirety of my career in the outpatient setting.

I want to help people get back to doing the things they love. It’s not only a physical challenge after surgery or injury, but can also be mentally draining for individuals as well. I want to help patients meet their goals as quickly as possible to get them back to the best version of themselves!!!
My favorite thing to treat are knees! I love a good lower extremity strengthening program.
THE PEOPLE! We have such a good team at Flex. We have such a good balance of professionalism and fun during the day. The top priority is having the best patient care, and it’s a bonus that we all like to have a good time while providing that. I also love the relationships I get to build with people each day. It’s very rewarding and has built many friendships over the years.
When I’m not working I love eating, sleeping and working out. Staying active keeps me happy!
