Knee Pain Exercise/Stretch
Fold up a small towel to make a towel roll. Then sit on a chair or couch and make sure you can rest your foot on the chair or couch. Place the towel behind your knee, as far as it will go. Then smoothly bend your knee so your foot is planted on the chair or couch. You can also use your bed to sit on if needed.
Next, you’ll very lightly wrap your hands around your shin and pull your shin toward you. Using the towel and this pulling motion, you will gap the inside your knee joint, creating space which will help relieve to some of your pain! Doing this stretch on a regular basis will help keep your knees loosen, stay healthy, and be pain free for the rest of your life.
