Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
If you don’t have health insurance:
- Because there are so many people who I believe need access to this vital care, I have created a special program to make it extremely affordable for everyone. You don’t need insurance or pay thousands of dollars to get better.
- The cost ranges from $37 to $87 per session. And most complete the program within 6 sessions.
- The complexity of your condition will determine how many sessions you’ll need. Most everyone sees results the very first session and they love it.
If you wish to use health insurance:
- Your insurance plan will dictate your out-of-pocket costs.
- Most impose a Co-Pay of some kind (eg. $20-50 per visit, etc.)
- Most impose a Deductible of some kind (eg. $500-$3,000, etc.)
If you have a high Co-pay or Deductible, don’t worry. We have special programs to help make it extremely affordable. We don’t let finances get in the way of your health.
What if I can't afford the cost of my care?
We do not let finances get in the way of you getting your life back. If you have financial concerns before, during or after your treatment at our facility, we can assist you. We have special programs and payment plans for those with high deductible/co-pays or no-insurance situations so you do not have to worry.
What if I don't like it?
If you don't like your care, for any reason, we don't want you to pay for it. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Just let us know by the end of the 3rd session. No questions. No hassle. And we won't take it personally either.
*Insurance patients getting reimbursed from their insurance or applying toward their deductible are not eligible for this guarantee due to state and federal insurance fraud laws.
Does this really work?
I don’t want you to waste time.
It’s not just about getting a little bit of relief. It’s about getting back to your normal life and to be able to DO the things you want to do again.
That’s where this program stands above the rest.
It’s proven to deliver LONG-LASTING RESULTS quickly and affordably, better than anything else you might have tried.
Our proprietary 3-dimensional approach is not hype. It’s proven. Not only by science but with real live people.
We take pain and chronic pain seriously. We have dedicated our lives to being the experts at helping people live again.
Our mission is to “Change Lives for the Better.”
And that’s what we do.
Not being able to dance, play golf, play tennis, read, play with the kids, sit or even simply sleep is not good for your health. It’s not good for your mental health. It’s not good for your spirit and confidence.
Getting back to your youthful and strong self is paramount to living life to the fullest.
This program is recognized as the best of the best to get you there all-naturally, quickly, and easily.
All you have to do is make room in your life for 1 to 9 sessions. That’s all it takes.
Is that too much to get your life back?
Who this is NOT for?
This program is not for those who simply want to “pop a pill” and not do any work. It will take some work (but we guide you and make it simple).
We only ask you to put aside a few hours per week. That’s it.
If you do that, you will see results.
Nothing is going to change if you do nothing.
It’s time to make a change.
It’s time to take control.
It’s time to become the best you.
How do I apply my payments toward my deductible (insurance)?
On your evaluation date, our front desk person will review your insurance benefits with you, so this question will be answered. However, it is always best for you to understand how your insurance benefits work for your own peace of mind.
What if I can't make my appointment?
We understand that things can come up. All we ask is that you give us a 24-hour advance notice if possible. This gives us enough time to give that appointment slot to someone else who needs it. We incur a cost every time an appointment slot goes unfulfilled, as we do not penalize our therapists for not treating someone. This policy helps us to keep our one-on-one care and services affordable.
Will therapy make me more sore?
There are two types of soreness. A “good sore” is when muscles that haven’t been used properly start working in a more normal fashion. This is great and necessary for improvement. A “bad sore” is when your primary, or another pain increases. We will always educate you on listening to your body, in that we do not want to cause more pain. Pain is your body’s way of saying, “please take a detour in the treatment to get to the final outcome”. If your “bad” pain increases, you can always contact the office or your physical therapist directly via email.
Can I apply ice/heat to the painful area at home?
If you experience an increase in pain or soreness, it may be okay to use heat or ice, but make sure to speak with your therapist about how to use it safely and effectively.
